We want you to feel comfortable with your choice of chiropractic care.  
Please read the information below and call 250 740 0333 to book your first visit or if you have any questions, we will be happy to further assist you.

Your very first visit to The Lifehouse will be a discovery process to determine the source of your
​health concerns, to clearly understand your health goals and to better get to know you.

For your first visit, please allow up to 1 hour, it will include:

​New Practice Member Forms

For your convenience we ask that you complete our downloadable new practice member forms before your first visit.  This will save you time in our office.
​
These forms are designed to help us clearly understand what your primary health concern is. Included in the forms are questions about your overall health and a history of past stresses which are important to us as NetworkSpinal is a wholistic approach designed to address the whole person and address the underlying causes of your concerns.

New GUEST form

​Initial Consultation

Including an inquiry about of your health with a focus on your primary concern and clearly identifying your health goals.

Assessment

​Including a spinal, muscular and neurological assessment done by the chiropractor and digital posture photos and non-invasive neurological scans.

Your second visit will include a Report of Findings after which you will be presented with
a care plan designed to empower you. You will also receive your next entrainment (adjustment).

Second Visit

Please allow up to one hour for this visit. It will include the Report of Findings and an Entrainment (adjustment).
We will help you better understand your how your body works and how to support your health and well-being.

First Entrainment 

You will be directed to the entrainment tables, where you will lay, fully clothed, on your stomach.  You will be invited to connect with your breath and relax into the space. The chiropractor will make a series of specific and gentle contacts along your spine as part of the NetworkSpinal® care approach to body awareness and nervous-system focused chiropractic care .

After the first entrainment, people often describe a range of experiences. Some report feeling more relaxed or more aware of their body.

The Lifehouse is an open concept studio with four tables in the entrainment room. Some people appreciate receiving care in a shared studio setting and find it supportive to learn alongside others.
