Returning this Spring - the 30 Day
​Innate Intensive Challenge

Looking forward to this Spring's Innate Intensive. A 30 day challenge that includes an Intro kick-off evening (May 7th) , a halfway check-in evening (May 21st) and a Celebration at the completion (June 4th).

We've found such value in bringing the community together to set individual intentions, in a 30 day container with participants daily practices (including 20 mins of Somato Respiratory Integration breathwork, 20 mins of journaling and 20 mins of meditation) has been truly ground breaking in what can shift, transform and upgrade.
